The Psi Lambda Lambda Chapter Scholarship Committee is accepting applications for the 2026 Brother Reverend Dana Farmer, Sr. Scholarship.
Brother Reverend Dana Farmer, Sr. (1965–2022) was a graduate of Morehouse College, studied at the Interdenominational Theological Center, and was commissioned by the United States Navy. He was a distinguished leader, mentor, and servant who was initiated into Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. in 1993 through Eta Omega Chapter and later served Psi Lambda Lambda Chapter in numerous leadership roles, including Basileus.
In November 2026, Psi Lambda Lambda Chapter will award two educational assistance scholarships of $500 each to eligible college students.
Eligibility Requirements:
Applicant must be a sophomore or upperclassman.
Applicant must submit their most current transcript from an accredited college, university, or technical school.
Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5 on a 4.0 scale.
Applicant must live in Manhattan.
Applications will be evaluated based on merit, service, and character.
Application materials include proof of Fall 2026 enrollment, a Spring 2026 unofficial transcript, a recent photograph, and the required scholarship application materials. The application also contains an essay component with applicants selecting one of three essay questions.
Application Deadline: Monday, September 28, 2026

Psi Lambda Lambda Chapter Talent Hunt Contest
The Psi Lambda Lambda Chapter of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. invites high school students in grades 9 through 12 to participate in our upcoming Talent Hunt Contest.
This annual program provides a platform for students to showcase their artistic abilities in both performing and visual arts while competing for scholarship prizes.
Prize Awards:
1st Place: $200
2nd Place: $150
3rd Place: $100
